I can not say enough on the quality of work from Rick and Spencer! They took a project that I was quoted a ridiculous price from another company, and not only did they get me in for a very fair amount, but they got the project done in one day!! Even Stephanie, at the office went above and beyond working hard to fit me in schedule so that I could have running water in my home. You can tell this company cares about their customers! They took great care, and making sure they didn't step on carpets. They laid all types of protective flooring down to prevent any damage, and they cleaned up better than I think they found it.!!! Thank you so much Rick and Spencer, my plumbers for life!
We've used Performance Plumbing on and off as needed for years. I originally called to have them come out for a quote to shorten the gas pipe behind the kitchen stove so the existing one could be replaced. Once here we decided to also get a quote to replace the ancient hot water heater we had installed in 1999. **** and ****** came out, gave us a quote and we decided to have the work done. They came back a few days later to do both; shorten the pipe and install the badly needed new hot water heater. **** and ****** were highly professional, courteous and friendly, and answered any questions we had. Work was done proficiently, and with pride. Performance Plumbing got the County Permit for the job and ********* called to schedule the inspection after the work was completed. The guys did a beautiful job! The County Inspector came out this morning and my husband said he (inspector) was extremely impressed with the quality of their work. We are very pleased with the new hot water heater and the reduced height of the pipe in the kitchen. We both highly recommend Performance Plumbing.
Dillon was the plumber they sent to our residence.He was polite,knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job and answered all our questions. I highly recommend Performance plumbing.
Performance plumbing did a great job! Mark and Andy were both very polite and professional. When I called they responded quickly and were able to come out on site and replace our sump pump within a couple hours. Would definitely recommend!
I enthusiastically give Performance Plumbing the highest marks! I recently replaced my gas water heaters with a tankless one. It was a major project and PP was outstanding from start to finish. Mark explained everything and made all the arrangements. He and Dillon did the work and they are both knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It was obvious that they put a lot of thought into the installation and took great pride in the job they did. It paid off, because the installation is perfect and looks great, both indoors and outdoors. Even the St Louis County inspector commented that is was "very nicely done"! I appreciated how neat and tidy they were, too. Performance Plumbing is a gem of a company!
Spencer is the best. He has helped us with problems several times. We always call performance for our plumbing problems.
I called Performance Plumbing when one of my toilets began leaking. Dillon came that day and explained my options for repair/replacement. A date for replacement was set once the toilet was ordered. I picked the toilet up at the store and Dillon took it from my car. The installation went smoothly and his workmanship is exemplary. The bathroom was so clean when he finished the installation. In addition to his skill he is a delightful young man. I recommend Performance Plumbing and Dillon highly.
